composed of four key areas: Core Vision, Business Plan,
Project Timeline and the Operational stage. Each of these
four areas has key elements and the goal of the holistic
consulting project is to sequentially develop all of these
elements in an efficient and productive way to maximize
the successful outcome of the project.
