Monica's professional health and spa experience spans over 30 years with positions enjoyed both here and abroad. She enjoys a unique and progressive track record in diverse areas of health and wellness, including executive level positions and successful consulting for five-star resort spas, wellness centers and traditional medical facilities.

 While at The Marsh as General Manager, she managed overall budgets, operations and development of 17 stand-alone departments for the nations premier mind/body wellness center.

Monica also served as Director of Spa Operations at premier resorts including the Greenbrier Hotel, Rosario Island Resort, Coralita Beach Hotel, and FWI. At these places she created spa programs and signature therapies, seasonal building packages, full spa curriculum and in-house education programs, developed all operational procedures and protocols, community awareness programs, while managing the day-to-day operations of these premier resort spa facilities.

Her educational background includes a B.A. degree with studies in molecular cellular biology, international relations and political science at the University of Colorado, and a wide variety of seminars and training in management, health, and wellness topics.
